How to set up FirstVet?
As soon as your policy is active, you can sign up with FirstVet. We will also email you with further details on how to get registered. Here’s what you need to do next
1. Check your inbox
We’ll email you details on how to access FirstVet in your policy document emails.
2. Create Account
Follow the steps to create your account.
3. Add your pets
Go to My Pets and add the pets you have insured with us.
4. Book an appointment
Whenever you need FirstVet, book a consultation. Tell them about your pet’s symptoms and choose a time that suits you.
5. Speak to a vet
You will receive a text reminder before your appointment. Simply open the app and join the video call with your vet.
